Although the yelp pictures look unappealing this is a great American breakfast place. Good pancakes, french toast, bacon, eggs, etc. Really friendly folks too. Glad I ignored the "turkey dinner" picture and stopped bye.

If you are looking for a quick bite with good service this is the place. It is a Coney Island restaurant. Nothing fancy. Standard menu with coneys, fries, breakfast, salads, fish and chips etc.. The kids love the Mickey Mouse pancakes and being able to get a lunchbox of cars to play with. I'm a fan of getting breakfast anytime. Eggs are easy, rye toast is good. They have an ice cream counter that always tempts the kids. Like I said nothing fancy but the service is always friendly.

Happened to go here when visiting my old roommate in the area. We had to wait a little bit for a seat to open on a Saturday morning but I soon figured out it was well worth the wait. I had the Eggs Benedict (special) and it was very good. I couldn't believe how low the prices were as well. Everything came out hot and there was plenty of food to go around. Will visit again if I'm back in the area.

The food is good here, I mean, I know it's a coney but they still serve good quality food. I did order one sandwhich that was a hot sandwhich with mayo, which was heated and made me sick. Other than the isolated incident I would still go back! The chili cheese tots and eggs Daryl are a must try!!!!

It's a coney, a step up from a diner, and it is pretty good. It is exactly what you would expect from a coney. It gets really, really loud there on the weekends after church lets out and it gets really crowded. So, they must be doing something right if they are that busy. Food is standard fare, decent and quick. The ice cream - for kids, they put candy eyes on the scoops, making it look like a face. That sealed the deal for my two kids, they will forever love this place. Portions are good, not huge. Children's portions are on the small side, so if your kid is teetering on the edge of adult v. kid portion, go with the adult. Service is pretty good when it isn't terribly busy. The place could use a good cleaning, I saw a few cobwebs last time we were there, a week ago. The booths were feeling a bit on the grungy side. (But not as bad as some other coneys I have been too - yuck!)

Fantastic local place. Good prices. Get the One or Two Coney Plate, their dogs can't be beat! It gets really busy around lunchtime, so show up a little early for better seating.

Went again and got the coney dogs again, this time with cheese. Really good. Pete's gives you more cheese than Baldwin Cafe does. Generous portion of fries on the side as well. Another great experience.

Over all lack in pride is the best way I can describe Pete's. From the food to the wait staff....it is all disappointing. The prices also are high for mediocre diner food and the wait staff never can seem to total the bill correctly. I have been over charged twice when it was totaled at the register. And the added 3% surcharge on credit and debit use is a great touch too.....

I WONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR BREAKFAST! Breakfast food is great. I've had lunch and I'm not a fan of there burgers or house salad. There is one server that I don't care for there cause she doesn't check up enough and isn't very friendly. Older women. Other waiters are great and one remembered my order after only taking care of me once before! Applaud to her.

Clean, friendly, nice...we are BIG breakfast folks, we know our bacon; and this place was good to get a nice quick breakfast. The sausage gravy was delicious! Definitely great spot for a quick breakfast on the go!

Not a bad place for a quick bite to eat. Food is average, portions aren't that great. Been going to this place and many of their other locations off and on since I was a kid. My favorite is the coney combo, two coney dogs loaded, a pepsi, and a side of fries.

Good Breakfast, huge omelets and a full service Ice Cream stand too, with soft serve and hard Ice Cream ready to be scooped. They sell Hershey's brand Ice Cream, looks good but I haven't tried it yet. I just had a Country Omelet, "hash browns, green peppers, onions, cheese, wrapped in egg and topped with sausage gravy" It was really yummy.
